Lumenook pieces
Products sold under the Lumenook name come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Branded products
Products from other brands, such as Anker and Divoom, are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We are happy to help you make a claim.
What is not covered
- Damage from accidents, drops, liquid or misuse
- Normal wear, such as scratches or fading
- Use with incompatible power supplies or adaptors
- Consumable parts such as replaceable bulbs
How to make a claim
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@lumenook.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and a photo or video. We will repair or replace the item, or refund it if neither is possible.
